Chef Paul King comes to us at The Venetian after 30 years as the executive chef at Davio’s restaurant group; specializing in Northern Italian cuisine. Paul’s passion for crafting home-made italian dishes stems from his childhood in Watertown, MA where he grew up cooking traditional italian feasts alongside his mother for every major holiday. Paul learned to appreciate the power of truly fresh ingredients and the unparalleled experience of enjoying a plate of home-made pasta – it’s second to none. After 30 year’s working in the corporate kitchen, Chef Paul is thrilled to be making the leap to bring his experience, recipes, and passion for fresh Italian-American cuisine to the Weymouth community – along with partners Eric and George. Chef is looking forward to this next adventure and to honoring the history of The Venetian by bringing a fresh new twist and perspective to the menu.
